Refund Policy

Kadupullab Templates are instant digital downloads. Because the product is delivered immediately and can be duplicated right away, refunds are handled as follows:

1. When you're eligible for a refund

• The Template fails to function as shown on this site (broken formulas, missing pages, pages that don't load in Notion).
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You purchased the wrong edition by mistake and haven't yet duplicated it into your workspace — contact us within 24 hours and we'll switch it for you at no extra cost.

2. When refunds aren't available

• Change of mind after the Template has been duplicated and used.
• Difficulty using Notion itself, unrelated to the Template.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@kadupullab.com with your order confirmation and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours, and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
