Our Notion templates are digital products. Review the screenshots, features and requirements before purchasing. Once access has been provided, we do not offer refunds solely because you changed your mind.
If something is wrong
If you cannot access your purchase, it is faulty or it does not match its description, email support@kadupullab.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review it and help resolve it, including a refund where required.
Your rights and payment provider
This policy does not exclude any mandatory consumer rights or override Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms or refund decisions. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Earlier purchases
The policy communicated at the time of your purchase applies. This update does not remove a refund guarantee offered with an earlier order.
