These Terms govern your purchase and use of Kadupullab Notion templates ("Templates"). By purchasing or using a Template, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

Each Template is a digital Notion workspace duplicate link, delivered by email after checkout. You are purchasing a license to use the Template — not the underlying code, design system, or brand assets.

2. License

• You may use the Template for personal or internal business use, on unlimited personal Notion workspaces.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Template file or duplicate link with others.
• You may not repackage the Template (or a modified version of it) as your own product for sale.

3. Delivery

Templates are delivered instantly by email after successful payment. If you don't receive your email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact support@kadupullab.com.

4. Updates

Purchasers of an edition receive free lifetime updates to that same edition. Updates are optional and delivered as a re-shared duplicate link.

6. Limitation of liability

Templates are provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, workflow interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the Template. Notion itself is a third-party product governed by its own terms.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of a Template after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
